Our process...
We slow-churn our plant-based gelato in an authentic Italian batch freezer, extract it by hand and fold in delicious fruits and confections for a decadent treat you’d never guess is non-dairy.
Scooped from our custom pozzetti cart, our gelato is always the perfect temperature and creamy consistency–never icy. Our unique equipment consumes less energy and maintains quality, while minimizing food waste.

Flavor King Pluot
We make our own jam from Frog Hollow Farms’ Flavor King Pluots and whisk it into our creamy almond base for a sweet-tart taste of late summer. Get it while it lasts!
Coffee Stracciatella
Cento Coffee’s Clutch roasted beans are infused in a rich cashew milk base, studded with TCHO chocolate that we spread thin and crackle into the churning gelato for perfect chips that melt in your mouth.
Nocciola
Riverview Orchards’ hazelnut paste is the base for some of our most decadent flavors, such as our deep TCHO Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato with caramelized sugar.
